In the choice of materials, the resin should be selected. Resin is characterized by cohesiveness and quick-drying, which is exactly what road marking paint needs. During construction, the mixed colored pigments, extender pigments, and reflective materials are melted with resin, paved on the road surface, and formed into a film after cooling. The softening point of the resin is 95 ℃ -110 ℃, the color should be light, and it must have good heat resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and adhesion so that the service life of the marking line can belong.
When selecting additives, compatibility with the polymer should be considered, and the plasticizing speed should be fast and have good durability, light resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, and other properties. Non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, colorless, stable storage performance, and cheap. It isn’t very easy for a single plasticizer to meet the above-mentioned various performance requirements. Two or more plasticizers can be used in combination to obtain the best results.
