The powder can’t be used normally and appears black.

How to relieve the darkening of luminous powder during injection:
In the injection molding process, the proportion of luminous powder is 10% -20%. If the customer finds that the luminous powder turns black during the injection molding process, the proportion of luminous powder may be too large, and the use of luminous powder should be reduced.
When injection molding, you need to choose a suitable luminous powder. The larger the particle size of the luminous powder, the greater the contact with the metal, and the easier it is to blacken. Luminous powder with small particle size is not easy to blacken, and it is recommended to use 250 luminous mesh powder here.

Precautions:
When mixing luminous powder and plastic, it is best to use manual stirring. If the mixer is used for mixing, it is necessary to reduce the mixing speed of the mixer to prevent the luminous powder from contacting with the metal during high-speed mixing and reduce the time of the mixer.
During injection molding, the shape of the plastic should be the same as that of the luminous powder. The luminous powder and the plastic powder are stirred, and the luminous masterbatch and the plastic masterbatch are stirred so that it is easier to mix uniformly.
