1. Several relief silicone molds. Transparent unsaturated resin 191 #, curing agent (peroxisome), accelerator (luminous powder, oil color paste)
  1. Formula ratio: Formula A: 191 # unsaturated resin + curing agent + accelerator (100 parts) (2-4 parts) (2-6 parts)

Formulation B: 191 # unsaturated resin + pigment + curing agent + accelerator (100 parts) (10 parts) (appropriate amount) (2-4 parts) (2-6 parts)

  1. Operating procedures: First, clean the relief molds and keep them dry. Place the mold in a horizontal position and wait for pouring. We formulate every few colorless and transparent resins according to Formula A and brush all the colorless resins uniformly in each relief mold to be made so that the surface of the works has a layer of transparent paint. Another advantage is that the luminous powder does not easily sink into the surface of its works during pouring, causing a very rough appearance. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a colorless protective layer. And let it reach 50% curing before pouring work.

We should add a little titanium dioxide when formulating Formula B. Correct the background of the resin. When adding oil painting light green, the color is purer, and the effect of imitation jade will be better. With the imitation jade resin, we add luminous powder at 10% of the resin amount and stir well, then add the proportion of curing agent and stir, then Add the accelerant, and then our casting material is prepared. In order to prevent the luminous powder with a large specific gravity from precipitating, after formula B is finished, it should be left for a few minutes to allow the resin to set up and become thicker before pouring. At this time, glow in the dark powder is deposited in the resin with a thick consistency.

The speed is very slow, and the light-emitting body in our pouring relief is balanced, and the overall light-emitting effect is uniform. When the operating temperature is lower than 15 ℃, heat treatment should be performed. The curing temperature is best between 40 ℃ -80 ℃. It only takes about 15 minutes. If the work is found to be sticky after demolding, it should be placed in the basin before it is completely cured. Pour in boiling water to warm it up, and it will solidify when it cools. The cured works should be sanded with water sandpaper, and then the works should be polished with a manual polishing wheel.
